Very easy to order online from a distance. Cook and Thompson were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The flowers were delivered on time and I was told they were beautiful by the recipient. I did not see the flowers personally. I would have liked a photo via email. A lot of other florists send photos. In all fairness, I thought it would have been automatic so I didn't ask for one.
